Application And Practice Of The Equipment Supervision Of A Boiler FGD Absorption Tower In A 1000MW Coal-fired Power Plant

Based on the mechanisms of wet flue gas desulfurization, lime-stone gypsum FGD process system of 1000MW units, and parameters optimization research, the application of equipment supervision in the construction of absorption tower is discussed, which isone of the key components of the desulfurization system engineering. A well-organized supervision procedure by listing the main procedures and content of supervision in all stages of a project has been proposed. To ensure overall supervision, the paper goes through the whole process of project designing, preparing, constructing and acceptance, and traces and supervises the construction progress with the help of supervision companies. On this basis, the paper has come up with the list of main supervision points, inspection items and frequency and allowable deviation,etc, which covers construction technology (including concreting, welding, installing and anti-corrosion process, etc), working procedure (including collabrations, invisible portion checking, etc), and construction period. This supervision procedure has been applied in project construction, and provided a reference to construction supervision of similar projects.
