Ethylene glycol is rapidly developed with the development of petrochemicals, polyester and ethylene glycol coal technology industry.In recent years, with the rapid growth in the downstream market demand and increased ethylene project, our ethylene production capacity is keep growing.Thus processing capabilities and security stability glycol production control system for coal chemical industry has a significant and far-reaching significance.With the rapid development of modern chemical industry, the enlargement of the scale of production, the process is complicated, the process before and after process connected closely, make full use of energy, etc DCS control system has been the mainstream of development for the process control.It has played a more and more important in the field of industrial process control, widely used in various industries in the process of production.This topic is based on ethylene glycol production control system as an object,using of central zhejiang university ECS-100 system to design.This paper introduces the collecting and distributing control system, the basic structure and glycol production process, this paper analyzed the characteristics of ethylene glycol production process and the specific requirements, and proposed the corresponding control scheme.For ethylene glycol production site each sensor, and the characteristics of the data communication between the input equipment, determine the structure of the glycol production control system, measuring points data list, card arrangement, etc.In the selection control scheme, for most of the circuit using a single-loop system program,In addition to the reactor separately using fuzzy PID temperature control, pressure methanol tank top points a process control design,For three-effect evaporation system to ensure that the material concentration and the safety equipment carried on the corresponding interlock control,The above control scheme is completed by custom algorithms.Then through the use of SCKey configuration software on the system configuration of the control station engineer and debug,Finally, the operator station configuration to publish on-site monitoring.
