Phyllostachys pubescens sheets have an excellent bending capacity, so it’s an important material being used in furniture and interior decoration. The single bamboo sheet bending members is difficult to meet the needs of bearing. The appropriate specification of the bamboo sheets laminated bends can meet the needs of modeling and required mechanical in bamboo product component.This study used the thickness of 5mm Phyllostachys pubescens sheets as the research object. Microwave softening was used during the process to make blending component with Phyllostachys pubescens sheets. The experiment obtains minimum radius of curvature from one to six bamboo sheets. The effect of factors during Phyllostachys pubescens base material bending component cold-pressing gluing process on bond quality was studied. The results show that:1) Microwave softening was used during the process to make blending component with Phyllostachys pubescens sheets. Adopt tissue culture method of bamboo yellow stick bamboo chips, bamboo green side by pull. research show that: the minimum radius of curvature of single bamboo sheet is 80mm, the minimum radius of curvature of two layers bamboo sheets is 90mm, the minimum radius of curvature of three layers bamboo sheets is 90mm, the minimum radius of curvature of four layers bamboo sheets is 100mm, the minimum radius of curvature of five layers bamboo sheets is 100mm, the minimum radius of curvature of six layers bamboo sheets is 110mm.2) The experiment led on the effect of factors during Phyllostachys pubescens base material bending component cold-pressing gluing process on bond quality, uses water based polymer-isocyanate adhesives for joining wood as adhesive, research show that:the quantity of adhesives has a significant impact on the bamboo sheets laminated bends, bond quality of blending component firstly increase and then decrease with the increasing rate of glue spread, the experiment shows that the best quantity of adhesives is 200g/ma; The assembly time after bending has a significant impact on the bamboo sheets laminated bends,it is suggest that put into fixture for drying after 5min; The drying temperature has no significant impact on the bamboo sheets laminated bends, it is suggest that select the drying temperature of 70℃ as a better processing parameter considering the cost and efficiency; The final moisture content of specimens has a significant impact on the bamboo sheets laminated bends, it is suggest that the final moisture content is lower then 10%, the laminated bends can get better bond quality; The assembly time after drying has a significant impact on the bamboo sheets laminated bends, it is suggest that the best assembly time is 6h within the range of experiment; The initial moisture content of specimens has a significant impact on the bamboo sheets laminated bends, it is suggest that uses the low-moisture content to make bamboo sheets laminated bends based on making bamboo sheet bending required radius values easily.
