Wood plastic composite material in practical applications, there is a big part is used as a bearing plate buildings ceiling or structure. Because of the wood plastic composite creep characteristics in some cases will produce large creep deformation, lead to structural failure and safety issues. So it is necessary to study of creep properties of wood plastic sheets, clear its creep law, the factors influencing creep, etc., for the use of wood composite materials of science and expand the scope of its use has great Significance.In this paper, high density polyethylene (HDPE), Poplar powder as the main raw material, proportion of materials and the the process parameters were tested deSign by Orthogonal test method, By melt extrusion is made from different formulations of PE of wood plastic composite board to study the bending creep and its related properties. PE based wood plastic board of the dynamic elastic modulus were tested by using non destructive testing methods, by using regression analysis method to study different ratio of raw materials and process parameters about the dynamic elastic modulus of wood plastic board, Wherein the ratio of wood with a coupling agent as a Significant factor. The regression model and GM model are establishing for prediction dynamic elastic modulus of PE wood plastic composite the predicted results GM (1, N, X (0)) is Optimal Model. In accordance with the ASTM standard to test flexural strength of PE based plastic board, it provides the accordance for the applied load creep. According to creep tests need to deSign a creep test device and use the device for PE based plastic board bending creep test conducted. According to the result of creep test PE board base wood plastic creep related factors and trend are analyzed, the results show that under the condition of different load factors on the creep performance influence degree is different, creep recovery rate shown in the analysis of the wood powder content is the first factors, in the reference process factors to analysis creep minimum targets for the optimal combination. Using a second-order moment method for the reliability of the wood plastic plate was calculated, discovered that creep of WPC has a great influence on the reliability, the30% load, wood plastic board creep reliability high to 100%, and reliability to reduce with the increase of load,70% load all formula will be creep rupture in a short period of time, reliability is zero. PE based wood plastic board of viscoelastic deformation behavior are analyzed by using viscoelastic mechanics knowledge. And use the different mechanical model and mathematical model to simulate the creep curve fitting to obtain good fitting effect can be used for structural wood plastic board creep variables prediction to provide the reference.
