Ti3C2 is two-dimensional crystal carbide which has graphene structure, due to its special laminated structure, has been widely research. We took Ti3C2 as adsorbent and studied the adsorption of organic pollutants in water. Prepared Ti3C2 nanocomposites and studies their photocatalytic performance.Ti3C2 have better adsorption performance for adsorption of rhodamine B, methylene blue and methyl orange organic pollutants. Its adsorption ability of organic pollutants is significantly enhanced with the increasing of temperature. The adsorption ability of methyl orange and methylene blue is worse than rhodamine B. And Ti3C2 is easily oxidized to TiO2, after different temperature oxidized, TiO2/C nanocomposites have been prepared, and have good photocatalytic performance. Under UV illumination, after 5 min, the degradation rate can reach 90%, this is much better than commercial P25, and after 10 min, photocatalytic reaction basically completed.Ti3C2/TiO2 nanocomposites have been successfully prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method and Ti3C2/ZnO nanocomposites have been successfully prepared by solvent thermal, we studied their photocatalytic performance under ultraviolet light, with rhodamine B and methyl orange as simulated pollutants. Studies have shown that Ti3C2/TiO2 nanocomposites obviously show high photocatalytic effect than pure TiO2, but the content of TiO2 has little effects on the photocatalytic properties. Ti3C2/ZnO nanocomposites show poor photocatalytic effect than pure ZnO, it shown that there does not produce synergies between Ti3C2 and ZnO.In addition, a series of Ti3C2/TiO2/Mx Oy ternary nanocomposites have been successfully prepared by nitrate decomposition, use rhodamine B as simulate pollutant, we studied photocatalytic performance of Ti3C2/TiO2/CuO and Ti3C2/TiO2/ZnO, research shows that Ti3C2/TiO2/CuO has higher catalytic activity than Ti3C2/TiO2/ZnO.
