Because of its advantages such as high fluid productivity index, mall drawdown pressure, long waterfree production period, the development model of adopting horizontal well has widely applicatted in many oil fields in the world in recent years. Jiangsu oil field consists of complex small faulted sections. With water flooding development, the distribution of the remaining oil became complexer,As development goes on, rate of water cut increase and production decline and the the time of water of oil well breakthrough is different in horizontal well of different block or built in different time, so the study of feature of flooding and distribution of remaining oil and applicating the potential-tapping of horizontal well on the base of it is impotant to putting the development to the right track. On this article the author sums up experiences on the base of geologic foundation data and dynamic production of 100 horizontal wells, finished the calculate and evaluate of static stock and dynamic stock, build sevral geologic models and actual single sand body models of horizontal well production, researched the influence factor of moisture percentage rising of horizontal wells production to different type oil deposit and the regularity of moisture percentage rising and potential-tapping of remaining oil of horizontal wells production and drawing water content and 0 dim total oil produce profile of horizontal wells, get conclusion of relationship between water content features and potential-tapping of remaining oil.On the base of the research, countermeasure and field applications of horizontal wells were conducted and have guiding significance to the next step of the development model of adopting horizontal well.
