In recent years, natural gas as clean energy in the national production has been widely used in life.Therefore long distance natural gas pipeline is constructing faster and faster. In many middle booster stations, centrifugal compressors as pressurized equipment are used usually. In the high-speed compressor, dry gas seal as a new kind of no-contact shaft seal, with advantages of high reliability, good stability, leaking less, is replaced gradually Lube floating ring seal, contact shaft seal mechanical seal and other traditional seal, And the research potential and development prospects of dry gas seal are very broad.This research topic is the design of the dry gas seal system which mounted in the CDP-416 natural gas compressor that producting by DRESSER-RAND, these compressors were located on Yingxian compressor station of the first Shanxi-Beijing pipeline. As the Shanxi-Beijing pipeline is one of the domestic long distance natural gas pipelines that put into operation earlier, there are a number of problems of sealing gas system. In this paper, the principle, structure of dry gas seal are introduced, emphatically elaborate the seal gas control system of Yingxian compressor station, and then according to the compressor management experience of author in many years, and browsing a large number of relevant literature, the author puts forward the feasible project of the process and control system. After transformation of sealing gas system, operating personnel can start and stop the compressor by remote control button, without operating at the scene, on the other hand the company will also make certain economic benefits.
