In recent years aiming at different types of reservoirs of placing on production in Xinjiang oilfield, including buried hill volcanic rock fractured reservoir, turbidite fan reservoirs, alluvial fan glutenite reservoirs and delta facies sandstone reservoirs, etc.Reservoir fine description work of each block has launched comprehensively. This article using achievements of modern reservoir description technology in Shabei oil field, set up precise reservoir three-dimensional geologic model, launch the reservoir engineering demonstration on this basis, make reasonable development technique policy, and adjust well pattern deployment timely according to the new acquaintance, and more reserves and obvious economic benefits and social benefits in the practice of production has achieved.Research of the Adjustment of Reservoir Engineering Plan in Shabei Oil Field Xishanyao Formation set up three-dimensional geologic model based on the fine division of sublayer and structure elucidation and the reservoir model by the method of the truncated gaussian simulation, and trigger model initialization process and the reserves and production history matching according to relative permeability, PTV data of Shabei Oil Field.According to the characteristics that the residual oil distribution is mainly control by fracture, fault injection wells are mainly distributed by cutting the ribbon.Injection profile of the small layer and production profile data statistics show that early injection-production well pattern of the reservoir has good adaptability, and residual oil is mainly controlled the original geological reserves of small layers and the use condition of small layer respectively, and the water cut is rising fairly rapidly in the later period of oilfield development. Two sets of development adjustment scheme has lay out by researching the boundaries of reasonable development technique policy combined with the distribution of the old wells location, and index prediction results show that the local development adjustment scheme is effective with injection-production well ratio changing from 13:37 to 18:33.
