The bulk emissions of greenhouse gas,which including carbon dioxide, cause global warming and threaten the living environment of human seriously.Reducing the direct emission of carbon dioxide is one of the crucial measures to deal with global warming.At present,the most economical and feasible way to bury carbon dioxide is carrying on the carbon dioxide flooding,which transport from gas field or other air supply point(such as natural gas purification plant) to relevant oil field and inject into formation to enhance the recovery efficiency.So far, the total length of long distance carbon dioxide transmission pipeline has reached 3000 kilometers,consequently, multiple projects involving carbon dioxide driving and buring has been exploited.The carbon dioxide flooding is a significant way to reduce the emissions of carbon dioxide.Meanwhile,it is also a crucial measures for oil field to enhance oil recovery.With the exploitation of Changling high carbon dioxide content gas field,study has finished the ground process design of the DaQingZhi oil well,established relevant ground processes of carbon dioxide flooding,formed complete ground technique of carbon dioxide flooding and realized the first ground system of carbon dioxide flooding throughout the country which contain four part:trapping、transmission、liquidation、injection and cyclic injection.It predicts the recovery efficiency will reach more than 1.1 times of water drives. For corrosion control, combining with laboratory test and materials research the study form anti-corrosion technology combined material corrosion and corrosion inhibitor;For the injection and transmission of carbon dioxide,the study optimizes the technology of carbon dioxide flooding transmission pipeline and supercritical loop injection,which based on the analysis of technical and economic comparison;For the produced fluid gathering processing system,the study establish produced fluid gathering, separation and dehydration process which can adapt to the change of working condition;For output gas processing system,the study establish a hybrid injection design concept,meanwhile,it forms a separate injection test plan which will providing guiding role for carbon dioxide burying and the domestic exploitation of the same oil and gas field.
