In this paper, Binaphthol for the mother, with the 1-bromodecane and 1-bromohexadecane on the introduction of long-chain alkyl Binaphthol molecules synthesized two binaphthol derivatives(C32H38O2 and C36H46O2). Products were characterized by IR, elemental analysis, TG-DTA and other methods, and the effects of various reaction conditions on the yield of the target product were characterized The synthetic method used in this paper has features of mild reaction conditions, easy separation of the product. According to analysis of TG-DTA, the melting points of C32H38O2 and C36H46O2 were 53 ℃ and 62 ℃ respectively, the thermal stability temperature is about 420 ℃.Using L-B film balance studied the influence of C32H38O2 and C36H46O2 on oil-water interfacial film of crude oil and asphaltene, it was found that low concentration of C32H38O2 and C36H46O2 can reduce membrane pressure of oil and asphaltene, making the compression of oil-water interfacial filmstronger, reducing the stability of the emulsion.The dilational viscoelastic propertyof oil-water interface of C32H38O2 and C36H46O2 was analyzedwith interface rheometer, it was found that the variation of dilational viscoelastic parameters(expansion modulus, elastic expansion and expansion viscosity) of C32H38O2 and C36H46O2 was the same with the variation of concentration and frequency. Also the effects of C32H38O2 and C36H46O2 on dilational viscoelastic property of the oil-water interfaceof crude oil and asphaltene was investigated,finding the concentration of C32H38O2 and C36H46O2 largely affect the interfacial dilational viscoelastc property of crude oil and asphaltene.the influence of C32H38O2 and C36H46O2 on the viscosity of heavy oil was examined, it was found that when the amount of C32H38O2 and C36H46O2 was 1.0% and 0.8%(both mass fraction)respectively, the reduction rate of heavy oil viscosity reached 17.5% and 20.6% respectively, indicating that C32H38O2 and C36H46O2 could decrease viscosity of crude oil.coke rate of Karamay atmospheric residue was examined at different reaction temperature and different reaction time, it was found that the reaction temperature and reaction time have a significant impact on the amount of coke, the longer pyrolysis time, the greater the amount of coke, the higher pyrolysis temperature, the greater the amount of coke. Adding of a certain amount of C32H38O2 and C36H46O2 to residual oil, to some extent, can inhibit coke formation, mainly in:(1) the coke induction period was delayed.(2) under the same reaction conditions, the longer time required for the same coke.
