| As China’s largest oil production company, Daqing Oilfield produces large amounts of oil sludge every year. In recent years, the oil sludge treatment stations have been completed and put into production in No.1 and No.4 oil production plant in succession. Due to the complex nature of oil sludge and uneven distribution of oil, water and mud, the highly running cost, the operation stability and the treatment effect were not up to the expected requirements since the oily sludge treatment station put into operation. Aiming at the above problem and in order to reduce operating cost and achieve the stable and standard treatment of oily sludge, this paper carries out some researches on screening and compounding the oil sludge treatment chemicals and operating process parameters.Based on the present situation of oily sludge treatment in Daqing oilfield, through investigation, sampling and laboratory test, this paper analyzes the components of oil sludge, pollutants, and related processing standard requirements and current. Through the analysis of indoor orthogonal test of oil sludge treatment influencing factors, the influential degree from strong to weak is washing temperature, stirring time, centrifugal speed, ratio of sludge, stirring intensity. The optimized technical parameters of oil sludge treatment technology are determined. At the same time, based on the filtration of single and compound drug, the chemical formula applying to No.1 oil production plant of oil sludge treatment and the best dosage have been determined.Aiming at the actual operation situation of oil sludge treatment station, the indoor experiment results are tested on the spot. The application effects are compared with the original process parameters, the medicament provided by equipment manufacturers and treatment costs in the oil sludge treatment station in No.4 oil production plant.The application results show that treatment chemicals and the technical parameters optimized in this paper can make the stability and standard of the oil sludge treatment, reduce the running cost and achieve the desired effect. |
