LBL assembly is a technique for film preparation by alternate deposition based on weak force between the materials. The process of LBL assembly is the process of multiple depositions and rinses. Layer-by-layer(LBL) assembly has diverse driving force and varied building primitive. It makes LBL assembly have very extensive applications. So far, the application of LBL assembly is used in biomedicine, drug load and slow release in the areas.However, the use of LBL assembly is limited in the single drug load and slow release.It can not meet people’s needs. For this reason, we use polyaspartic acid and branched poly(ethyleneimine) as raw material. Polyaspartic acid/branched poly(ethylene imine) LBL assembly film is prepared with the immersion layer by layer assembly technology. The simulation drugs are used to study drug load and slow-release on the Polyaspartic acid/branched poly(ethyleneimine) LBL assembly films. The result is got as follow:1. Polyaspartic acid/branched poly(ethylene imine) LBL assembly film is prepared with the immersion layer by layer assembly technology using polyaspartic acid and branched poly(ethyleneimine) as raw material.2. The negatively charged gentian violet is used as simulation drug. Gentian violet is loaded on poly(aspartic acid)/branched poly(ethyleneimine) LBL assembly film through LBL assembly load and immersion load. In the loading process of gentian violet, we discuss the effect of pH to the load of gentian violet. The results show the loading effect of gentian violet is best when the p H of PASP-GV is 3.8 and the pH of b-PEI is 8.0. In comparision with LBL the load and immersion the load, we find LBL the load is not only high load, but also does not have the saturation limit load. This is the advantage of LBL the load. Then Gentian violet is slow-release in physiology saline. The results show Gentian violet can be slow-release in different pH of b-PEI.3. The positive charged Congo red was also used as two stimulation drugs. Gentian violet and Congo red are loaded on polyaspartic acid/ Branched poly(ethyleneimine) LBL assembld films. In the loading process of gentian violet and Congo red, we discuss the effect of pH to the load of gentian violet and Congo red. The results show the loading effect of Congo red is best when the p H of PASP is 3.8 and the pH of b-PEI-CR is 8.0. Then Gentian violet and Congo red are slow-release in physiology saline. The time needed for slow-release 50% and 80% for Gentian violet and Congo red slow release is not same. From the time needed for for slow-release 50% and 80% for Gentian violet and Congo red slow release, we can find the slow-relase of Gentian violet and Congo red is a process of slow release.4. To research the load and slow-release Gentian violet and Congo red,we find PASP/PEI LBL assembled film is suitable for the delivery for drugs.
