Molecular imprinting technology(MIT) has been applied in various fields such as solid phase extraction(SPE), chemical sensors based on its unique selectivity. In this thesis, the methods of glycyrrhizin purification and rapid detection of drugs illegally added were established.Glycyrrhizin’s wide usage in food, medical treatment, cosmetics industry, entails the necessity of a purification method. In this study, glycyrrhizin molecularly imprinted polymer(MIP) was prepared with following chemicals, glycyrrhizin(template), HEMA(monomer), EGDMA(crosslinker) at a ratio of 1: 32: 50. Then the adsorption conditions of the obtained polymer were optimized as followings. Sample concentration was confirmed as 2.0 mM in methanol/water(2/8, v/v) for 10 min. And the adsorption capacities of MIP to glycyrrhizin were calculated as 0.4 mmol/g. Then glycyrrhizin MIP was packed in Flash chromatography, and the chromatographic conditions were optimized as followings. Methanol/water(2/8, v/v) was selected as loading solvent, while methanol as the elution solvent, and the adsorption capacity of the glycyrrhizin MIP-Flash column was 306.8 mg/g.Meanwhile, in order to enrich some artificial anti-diabetic drugs illegally added by manufacturers in healthcare products, two molecularly imprinted composite membranes were prepared. Guanidine hydrochloride molecularly imprinted membrane(MIM) was prepared with itself(template), methacrylic acid(monomer), TRIM(crosslinker) at the ratio of 1: 12: 20. As a result Raman response can be obtained after adsorption of metformin and Phenformin hydrochloride both in standard and real samples. While 4-(2-aminoethyl)-benzenesulfonamide MIM was prepared with itself as template, acrylamide as monomer, TRIM as crosslinker at the ratio of 1: 12: 20. Also Raman responses can be achieved after adsorption of metformin, Phenformin and Glibenclamide. Among nine commercially available healthcare products, six were detected containing anti-diabetic drugs. In conclusion combination of MIP and Flash Chromatography realized the fast purification of glycyrrhizin semi-automated and large-batch. The integration of MIM into Raman spectroscopy enriched the antidiabetic drugs illegally added, and can realize the fast screening.
