Excessive use of chemical synthetic pesticides have become an increasingly serious problem. Therefore, it is urgent for hu Man beings to develop new biological pesticides which can protect the environment and meet the need of agricultural production. The secondary metabolites produced by fungi derived from marine algae have lower environmental risk and great application values in biological pesticides Furthermore, epigenetic modification is an effective method to develop new insecticidal active substances. The combination of epigenetic modification and fungi derived from marine algae has a bright development prospects for the research of new biological pesticides. The following works are carried out:1.Separation and purification of the Codiu M fragile endophytic fungi, and the research on the influence of culture mediu MIn this paper,6 strains of endophytic fungi were obtained from Codiu M fragile, and the influence in the CS-3/CS-4/CS-6 culture condition were discussed, the results show that different culture condition affected on the myceliu M mass and growth rate of fungi.2. The effects of different epigenetic modifiers on the insectural activity of the secondary metabolites of marine algae. In this paper, the epigenetic modification of three strains of endophytic fungi CS-3,CS-4 and CS-6 were performed by two different chemical epigenetic modification agents(SAHA&5-AZA). This paper explored the effects of different concentrations of chemical epigenetic modifiers on the endophytic fungi and explored the effects of different concentrations and kinds of chemical epigenetic modification agents on the activity of the secondary metabolites of fungi. The best strains and components of the antioxidant activity were: CS-3(activited by SAHA) and component H, and the data of anti-artemia activity is IC50=25.13 μg/m L.two ergosterol derivatives; one ketone compounds;one lactones derivatives and one amber acid derivatives were isolated from the secondary metabolites of three strains of fungi. The experimental results show that the anti-artemia activity of the secondary metabolites of three strains of endophytic fungi CS-3,CS-4 and CS-6 has been improved, the experimental results proved that epigenetic modification can be used for the development of bio-pesticides in marine algae.
