The features of silicone materials are good weather resistance and oxidation resistance. Hyper branched polymers have a low viscosity and high solubility because of its highly branched molecular structure. Introduced silicone materials and hyper branched polymers into polyurethane acrylate resins can improve weather resistance, solubility and other properties of the resin. While introduced hydrophilic groups, the water-soluble of the material is better. The usage of organic solvent was reduced. This method is in favor to environmental protection.The synthesis and application of new type water-soluble hyper-branched silicone-modified urethane acrylate resin oligomer was studied.Firstly, trimethylol propane as the core, by the Michael addition reaction, ‘quasi-one-step’ was used to preparate erminal hydroxyl polymer. And the optimal reaction conditions of terminal hydroxyl hyperbranched polymers:(1) Optimum reaction conditions of N, N- dihydroxyethyl-3- alanine methyl ester monomers: m(methyl acrylate) / m(diethanolamine) = 1: 1, reaction temperature was 45℃, reaction time was 4.5h.(2) Short-hydroxy hyperbranched polymers optimum conditions: m(N, N- dihydroxyethyl-3-amino-propionic acid methyl ester monomers): m(trimethylolpropane) = 3, the reaction temperature was 110℃, reaction time was 3.5h. Terminal hydroxyl hyperbranched polymer structure was characterized by IR.Secondly, toluene diisocyanate(TDI), hydroxyl silicone, polyethylene glycol-1000, dimethylol propionic acid, terminal hydroxyl polymer, 1,2-propanediol, hydroxyethyl-β- acrylate(HEA) as raw materials to synthesis hyperbranched silicon modified aqueous polyurethane acrylate oligomer. And the optimal reaction conditions of hyperbranched Silicone modified waterborne polyurethane acrylate oligomer: The dosage of hydroxyl silicone and dimethylolpropionic acid( mass fraction oligomer) were 4.6%, the dosage of polyethylene glycol-1000 was 50%, the amount of terminal hydroxyl hyperbranched polymer was 0.5%,the amount of cataly was 0.2%. Hyperbranched silicon modified aqueous polyurethane acrylate oligomers were characterized by IR, NMR spectroscopy.Finally, the relationship between Light-cured performamce and the amount of photoinitiator, types and dosage of reactive diluentwas studied. Obtain the best light curing system optimum amount of initiator amount, type and amount of the reactive diluent: the dosage of photoinitiator( mass fraction oligomer) was 4%, tripropylene glycol, propylene carbonate(TPGDA) was selected as reactive diluent, amount was 60%. The properties of paper coating:gloss is 98.7,hardness is 4H,adhesion is 1,tensile strength is 19.31 Mpa,elongation at break is 6.73%,water absorption is 9.21%,wear resistance is good.
