Our surprise found in screening of methane oxidation mixed bacteria in the process of the cultivation of a liquid fuel ethanol production. We in the optimization of culture conditions and at the same time on the screening of the methane oxidation mixed bacteria high-throughput sequencing and speculated that the mechanism of ethanol. We finally got a creature can use lower quality methane into ethanol methane oxidation mixed bacteria, and established the optimal culture conditions and effective utilization of the low quality of the methane resource.
