People’s environmental protection consciousness and the concept of turning waste to treasure are growing with the development of economy and many researchers are dedicated to this kind of work. And on the other side, a lot of agricultural waste could be produced since China is a big agricultural production country. The traditional method of processing waste is burning and burying, and these methods would cause environmental pollution. Traditional preparation of nano-crystalline includes chemical and physical method, but physical method costs big energy consumption and chemical method seriously pollutes the environment. This paper provides theoretical basis and technical support to achieve a new way on preparing nano-crystalline.This paper adopts bagasse as the raw material to remove the most of lignin and hemicelluloses by the traditional sulfate cooking method. The experiment includes two processes: TCF technology(Ozone including) and physical preparation. This paper designs single factor experiments to find the effect of ozone dosage, pulp concentration and pH value on sulfate bagasse pulp after ozone preparation. Through comparative study of these three influence factors, it is concluded that under the condition of room temperature, the best ozone treatment conditions are pulp concentration is 35%, ozone dosage is 10.1mg and pH value is 2.5. The best result under these conditions is that Kapper value is 2.6, viscosity is 388ml?g-1 and crystallinity is 61%. The next step is washing the bagasse pulp after ozone preparation by using NaOH solution. The paper designed another single factor experiment by using hydrogen peroxide bleaching for further removal of residual lignin and the non-crystalline region structure of cellulose. The best condition of hydrogen peroxide treatment are NaOH dosage is 0.8%, H2O2 dosage is 2.5%, reaction time is 2h and reaction temperature is 90℃, and the result of the pulp is Kapper value is 1.4, viscosity is 308ml?g-1 and crystalline is 57.6%. We could achieve microcrystalline by grinding the pulp using PFI under the condition of 10% pulp concentration and rotation rate of 1000R/min. its viscosity is 104ml?g-1 and crystalline is 64.9% and the average particle size is 24 μm.Compared with other methods, this test could achieve better microcrystalline. In the process of acid treatment, Sulfuric acid concentration is the most important factor, and test shows under the condition of 60% acid concentration, three kind of fibers’ average particle size are 0.6μm, 0.9μm, 1.1μm, crystalline is 67.3%, 64.4% and 65.7%. The last step is dynamic high pressure micro fluidization(DHPM), the test design a series of experiments to explore the best condition, and from the single factor experiment to achieve the nano-fiber, it is concluded that their average particle size are 12.3nm, 43.6nm and 86.3nm respectively and the viscosity are 71.4%, 67.5% and 69.3% respectively.
