Urban wastewater treatment plant commissioning process is an important part to determine whether the wastewater treatment plant can operate stablely. Wastewater treatment plant has complex process and the wastewater treatment process involves many physical processes and chemical and biological reactions. The commissioning process is necessary before the wastewater treatment plant operate stablely. According to the results, optimization and improvement can be taken based on the existing process to guarantee the stable water quality.In this paper, A Cheng wastewater treatment plant is the research objectives, investigation and analysis on the wastewater treatment plant engineering was taken, mainly on the city and urban drainage planning. Based on this,demonstrate the project plan, determine the size of the project, analysis designed input and output water quality. The influent of A Cheng wastewater treatment plant mainly contain domestic wastewater, but the proportion of industrial wastewater is relatively larger. The process program was determined by comparison of different technologies.According to the designed water quality of input and output influent and comparation of alternative processes, select A~2/O process as the main treatment process. Based on the investigation of wastewater treatment plant and equipment parameters, build a major research on the analysis of water quantity and water quality. The water quantity kept stable, amost the same with the designed influent. The water influent in December was larger than that in November. Due to the special composition of influent, water quality gradually increased during the commissioning. Biological wastewater treatment system was impacted. But the effluent CODCr kept stable at around 25mg/L, the removal rate stabilized at around 95%, water stability reached the standards. During the commissioning, related issues were found and solutions were proposed.To further analyze the effectiveness of wastewater treatment plant processes investigate the water quantity and water quality in 2010 and 2011. The influent remained stable, similar with the design influent. Winter snowfall and summer rainfall will increase the influent. The discharge of industrial wastewater can cause excessive water quality. Especially the lack of carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus removal effect will be affected. Based on this, analysed the effectiveness of the stable operation of A~2/O process. The effluent CODCr concentration kept stable at around 35mg/L, the removal rate stabilized at around 95%; BOD5 concentration stable at 6mg/L or less, and the removal rate stabilized at 95% above, the majority of the effluent TN kept between 5-15mg/L, the removal rate ranged between 58%-82%, the water quality stabilized under standards except the mid-December 2010,; effluent ammonia were 0.3-0.9mg/L, much lower than the standards. Most of the effluent SS concentrations were between 6-10mg/L, the removal rate was more than 95%. With few exceptions, water quality stabilized under standards. Because a low temperature in winter, the wastewater treatment efficiency will be affected. Appropriate measures should be taken to enhance biological nitrogen removal in the winter. For phosphorus removal requirements, chemical phosphorus removal was taken to ensure water standards, choose aluminum as phosphorus agents, through flocculation-sedimentation, to achieve the phosphorus effluent standard.Investigate the operation and management of A Cheng wastewater treatment plants. Through the economic analysis, investment, process running cost and benefit study of engineering were introduced. Research on process operation control and process control system. Through the introduction of environmental protection and energy saving measures, introduced environmental impact assessment conclusions. The stable operation, scientific management and economic rationality of A Cheng wastewater treatment plants provide technical reference for A~2/O process engineering.
