For concrete sewer corrosion and stench problem in sewers caused by sulfide and hydrogen sulfide gas, the research optimized and improved analog sewers reactor configuration, simulation analysis. Focusing on the following three points:1.Sewage flow rate effect of the pipeline sulfide and hydrogen sulfide production, 2. Deposits as a percentage of sewers on sulfide and hydrogen sulfide production, 3. Mathematical model sewers established in sulfide production. Research indicates:(1) The increasing flow of sewage in the sewers will not only increase the hydrogen sulfide production, but also accelerate the dissolution of hydrogen sulfide in the sewage into the headspace process. When the flow rate of the sewage pipe sewage becomes large sewage sulfide escaping from wastewater to sewer headspace ratio increases.(2) Increased proportion of sediment in sewers sulfide has a great role in promoting generation and top sewers space hydrogen sulfide gas content. Because sediments contain large amounts of sulfate-reducing bacteria, which is part of the sulfate-reducing bacteria can use organic matter in sewage and will be reduced sulfate in an oxygen-free environment to sulfide and spread into the sewage, furthermore, spread into the sewers headspace. Therefore, when an increasing of deposits in sewers, the number of sulfatereducing bacteria in sewers also increased, thereby increasing the sulfide production of sewers.(3) By theoretical analysis, the model of hydrogen sulfide gas producing of nonestablished full flow sewers had be output。The model in the case of deposits accounted for less than 30% by volume of sewage pipes and sewage pipes can be a good predictor of sulfide production in the sewage flow rate for the next 0.4m / s and 0.2m / s correlation coefficient of simulated and measured values were R2 = 0.7464 and R2 = 0.6032. In the case of the share of deposits of sewer pipes are small(less than 10%), deposit the sewage pipeline will not play a significant role in promoting sulfide produced.
