Research On The Distribution Of Well Pipe Affect On The Earth’s Magnetic Field Of The Finite Element Simulation

For the mid and the late old oil fields in order to achieve a certain efficiency of the oil production,it is necessary to drill new production well pipe, well pipe network layout of the entire oil region will become more dense since then the difficulty of anti-collision making substantial increases.If the wellbore collisions happened this will cause the loss of oil production,and may lead to failure of the project,all well pipes scrapped.In recent years,the gradual development of geomagnetic navigation technology has started to achieve a profound practical significance in petroleum drilling,Magnetic declination and inclination data for correcting the direction of drilling,greatly improving the efficiency of anti-collision,to ensure the safe and efficient production.In this paper combined with geomagnetic navigation technology then to establish a geomagnetic field model after well pipes distribution in using ANSYS software, the well pipes in the earth’s magnetic field,the magnetization in the magnetic field makes the well pipes,on the other hand is magnetized well pipes to produce an additional magnetic field,so that the original regional produce changes in the magnetic field distribution,ANSYS software can help us to get the change of the magnetic field,and help us to prevent the borehole collide effectively,making the drill guide the safer ground.In this paper results achieved in the following areas:(1) Using ANSYS software to build 2D and 3D geomagnetic field;(2) When the well pipe in the geomagnetic field interaction with the geomagnetic field, making the well pipe along the axial magnetic field changes from roughly 2.68m;(3) When the well pipe in 3D geomagnetic field changes of axial I as the same as in 2D geomagnetic field;(4) When the well pipe in 3D geomagnetic field Well pipe superimposed magnetic field changes in the larger of two endpoints;(5) According to the simulation results,using MATLAB software to carry regression analysis get the influence law of earth’s magnetic field strength under well pipe.The paper has a very important significance about the geomagnetic navigation technology applied in drilling area and a safer oil production.
