Drag and torque is the matter of drilling success, too much friction will cause tripping difficult, too much torque leads to abnormal drill, or make the drill string turn serious. caused drilling accidents.In this paper, the factors, which affect the friction coefficient is analyzed. Including qualitative factors analysis, such as conditions, drilling fluid treatment agent and formation of the influence of friction coefficient; Factors and quantitative analysis, such as assembly outer diameter of drill bit and drill pipe diameter, pump pressure and drilling fluid parameters(density, viscosity and p H), high speed, the average Angle and curvature interval parameters such as the proportion of the total length of interval, and the parameters of the quantitative elements of data mining analysis, established by the quantitative factors predict BP neural network model for the coefficient of friction.On this basis, combining with borehole trajectory parameter calculation of corrected average Angle method, puts forward the calculation of drilling string axial force and torque calculation model, and proposes a set of friction torque/forecast method, including the measured data collection, the back calculation and forecast of coefficient of friction, friction and torque prediction. Finally combined the engineering example, the method used in this article are verified, the results show that the method has good guidance on the implementation of the project.
