In metallurgical industry, AOD furnace lining thickness data is reflected in the AOD furnace is one of the important parameters in a safe and reliable working state.In order to ensure the AOD furnace of stable production, prolong the service life of the lining,we must timely grasp the lining erosion state to prevent premature erosion and lining failure if we failed to detect and repair in time,which will bring huge economic losses to enterprises.So there is an urgent need to establish detection system with high precision and high reliability of the AOD furnace lining erosion.This paper used AOD furnace in Jilin iron alloy factory refining low carbon ferrochromium alloy as the research object, and studied. the method of the data processing system according to the principle of laser thickness measurement,and then carry out AOD lining thickness simulation experiment, finaly, a laser thickness measurement of the furnace lining erosion detection system based on AOD was designed.By comparing and analyzing the difference method and quantile method, a method based on the first order difference is chosen to eliminate the gross errors in the thickness measurement system,which makes the relative accuracy of thickness measurement is increased from1.75% to 0.87%, the relative accuracy of circular scanning when increased from 2.22% to1.44%.In order to reduce the system error and random error, the experimental comparison of the wavelet basis functions, 1~6 layer decomposition layer, 4 threshold generation rules,three threshold denoising methods and Choose 5 layer DB2 wavelet basis function of a given threshold used minimaxi rules wavelet denoising. when the thickness measurement system is processed,the measurement accuracy of the thickness measurement is 0.70%, the accuracy increased 19%, the relative measurement accuracy of 5.5Hz ring 0.78%, and the accuracy improved 54%.By comparing the experimental reverse distance weighted method and Kriging interpolation method,choosed the improved Shepard interpolation algorithm to the grid DEM two-dimensional display, and measured the thickness data in isopach map directly and accurately.By using first-order difference quantile method to eliminating gross error and using wavelet algorithm to remove noise, and then through the improved Shepard interpolation algorithm to the grid DEM two-dimensional display, these methods improve the accuracy of thickness measurement data and displayed intuitively.This can better guide the practice of AOD furnace lining maintenance, to extend the furnace campaign, ensure the production safety of AOD furnace. It has an important significance to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.
