GH4169 superalloy is a kind of aging hardening nickel chromium iron alloy based alloy deformed, which has excellent antioxidant, thermal corrosion resistance and anti fatigue performance.It is made of aircraft manufacturing hot end components and solid rocket parts Suitably in the field of aerospace high temperature materials for good comprehensive mechanical properties, such as fracture toughness and plasticity, and the stability of the structure.Now the GH4169 superalloy prepared by the usual process has not been able to meet the requirements of the aerospace components, with the structure and mechanical properties of aerospace components materials becoming more and more rigorous.Through the hot forging cold rolling processing technology,GH4169 superalloy plate meets the requirement of the application for its comprehensive mechanical properties improved and grain size refined.The grain size of the Annealing recrystallized GH4169 superalloy plate is 4~5μm,After a series of deformation process of solid solution-hot forgingâ†'the first cold rollingâ†'δ phase precipitation â†'the second cold rolling.The grain refinement mechanism of GH4169 superalloy is analyzed through researching the recrystallized process by in-situ observation of high temperature metallographic experiment.The hardness and tensile strength of the fine grain alloy are increased, and the elongation is decreased with comparing the hardness and room temperature tensile properties of the alloy before and after fine grain.GH4169 superalloy is mainly composed of the matrix of γ phase, the strengthen of γ ’ phase,γ ’’ phase and δ phase. So the influence of different phase on the plasticity and hardness of alloy is analyzed.Precipitation law and morphology evolution of δ phase is studied at different heat preservation time at 900℃ and the influence of cold rolling deformation and holding time on the precipitation of δ phase is studied by Jade6.0 phase analysis software to measure the content of δ phase.The superplastic microstructure of GH4169 fine grained alloy is analyzed by EBSD, SEM and other analytical methods.Compared with the tensile curves of the GH4169 alloy before and after fine grain at room temperature and high temperature the mechanism of superplastic deformation of fine grained GH4169 alloy is studied.
