China has become the world’s largest producer of cement. Cement production accounted for 59.3% of world output in 2014.Achieved CO2 emission reduction in cement industry is imminent. CO2 in flue gas of Cement production is high.The O2/CO2 combustion technology applied in cement production is effective and feasible.It will greatly reduce the cost.But changed the atmosphere will affect the raw material decomposition and operating parameters in precalcinor.Therefore, it is necessary to study the synergies of the main component of cement raw material and ingredients CaCO3, SiO2, Al2O3 and Fe2O3 in precalcinor.This paper using thermogravimetric analyzer and suspension experiment platform to study the decomposition characteristics and kinetics parameters of CaCO3 and other raw cement ingredients SiO2, Al2O3 and Fe2O3 under non-isothermal and isothermalconditions.Compared study shows that Compared to air atmosphere O2/CO2 atmosphere suppress the decomposition of CaCO3 under the condition oftwo kinds of temperature. Under non-isothermal conditions, the decomposition temperature of CaCO3 was significantly improved.And under the isothermalconditions,the decomposition time of CaCO3 was significantly prolonged.This is becausethe high CO2 partial pressurehindered thediffusion of CO2.Under the two temperatures and two atmospheres,decomposition mechanismmodel of pure CaCO3 are biased towards the random nucleation and subsequent growth model.According to some studies of CaCO3 crystal,the decomposition reaction of CaCO3 crystalis tend to point to the surface.Under the condition of two kinds of temperature,decomposition of CaCO3 in airatmosphere is affected minimal.While in O2/CO2 atmosphere,several kinds of oxides are has certain inhibitory effect for the decomposition of CaCO3.The possible reason is that it generated the intermediate product during the high temperature reaction process.They clogged pores andinhibited the decomposition of CaCO3.Under the condition of two kinds of temperature, the influence degrees of three ingredients haveslightly different.In non-isothermal condition, the influence of size is: Al2O3> SiO2> Fe2O3. And under the condition of isothermal, the influence of Al2O3 and SiO2 is basically same, but both greater than Fe2O3.This is decisiedby the reaction temperature and generate types of the intermediate, and heating rate.
