In this paper,we use the Xinjiang region produced brown rice as raw material,germinate brown rice to enrich γ- aminobutyric acid.And using paper chromatography to determine the γ-aminobutyric acid wherein.Optimized γ-aminobutyric acid in germinated brown rice enrichment process parameters by single factor experiment and response surface analysis.γ-aminobutyric acid in germinated brown rice were extracted by ultrasonic assisted sulfosalicylic acid method.High performance liquid chromatography to determine the γ-aminobutyric acid in the extract.Determine the optimum extraction of γ- aminobutyric acid in germinated brown rice by single factor and response surface experiments.Separate and purificate the extract under optimum separation.Calculation of static adsorption rate and desorption rate.Obtain the high purity γ- aminobutyric acid purified.Finally, we use germinated brown rice flour as raw material.add jujube powder and related accessories.make a Preparation of germinated brown rice chewable tablets,using the level of sensory evaluation scores as indicators,certaining the ratio of raw materials by single factor and orthogonal test.Obtaining the germinated brown rice chewable tablets best technology and quality standards.Specific results are as follows:(1)The γ- aminobutyric acid Xinjiang brown rice will change significantly after soaking germination.There are four factors influnce the germination rate of Xinjiang brown rice:Soaking temperature, soaking time, germination temperature and germination time.On the basis of experiments to optimize the accumulation γ- aminobutyric acid germinated brown rice optimum parameters are:soaking temperature is 30 ℃, soaking time 24 h, germination temperature 30 h,germination time is 28 h.theγ-aminobutyric acid content obtained under the process is 906.56 mg / kg.(2)Extract the γ- aminobutyric acid in Germination brown rice,based on single factor experiments,the extraction rate as response,ultrasonic power, ultrasonic time and ultrasonic temperature are the factor of response surface methodology.The resulting ultrasound-assisted extraction sulfosalicyl γ- aminobutyric acid germinated brown rice optimum process are:the ultrasonic power is 245 w,the ultrasonic temperature 51 ℃,the ultrasonic time is 16 min,under this condition,the γ- aminobutyric acid extraction rate is 0.74%.(3)Isolated and purified the extraction of the γ- aminobutyric acid under the optimum extraction conditions.Using 732 cation exchange resin to adsorptate.Measured the static adsorption rate is85.7%.using sulfosalicylic acid to desorb the resin after adsorption,the desorption rate was 81.5%.the purity of γ- aminobutyric acid under separation and purification is 75.4%.(4)Using germinated brown rice flour as raw material,adding jujube powder and related accessories,make a preparation of germinated brown ricechewable tablets.using the level of sensory evaluation scores as indicators,certaining the ratio of raw materials by single factor and orthogonal test.Obtaining the germinated brown rice chewable tablets best technology is:the ratio of brown rice flour and jujube powder is 3:7,creamer added in an amount of 14%,glucose dosage added in an amount of11%,maltodextrin added in an amount of 5%.
