Metal salts production easy to cause environmental pollution of heavy metal wastewater emissions, such as copper sulfate production process, extraction process output a large number of wastewater which containing high salt and nickel, using extraction enrichment technology, low concentration metal containing solution than the direct recycling of the high concentration of nickel sulfate solution, reduce emissions of the waste water, and combining with PFS- NaOH method and treatment of high salt waste water, improve the heavy metals utilization rate, Is one of the important mehord in hydrometallurgy of cleaner production.Combined with copper sulfate product extraction process in the existing production process on properties of P204 extraction agent and related physical and chemical parameters to check and study, the main different metal extraction with P204 extraction agent for the principle of a different order, made a preliminary technical route, about 6 g/L for enrichment of P204 organic nickel solution needed to extract series of theoretical calculation, determine the nickel enrichment of soap method theory of the recovery of low concentration nickel solution series, and put forward to function at the beginning of the period of transformation of extraction equipment; Of PFS—NaOH to verify the theoretical basis of the wastewater treatment methods, to optimize the extraction process of output wastewater discharging standard.Simulation of gansu jinchuan copper sulfate production process, respectively for the nickel soap extraction enrichment and nickel copper bench shaker small test, verify the solutions of nickel 6 g/L after 3 grade nickel enrichment of soap to 40 g/L capacity, copper and nickel soap extraction 60 g/L ratio of 10:1, copper nickel material liquid ability; To test in the laboratory of PFS—NaOH wastewater treatment process, optimization of the proposed method is verified the feasibility of the wastewater containing nickel indicators.In industrial practice, P204 extraction tank of the copper sulfate production workshop function series, according to the technological requirements of the new changes on the part of the pipeline.
