2012 National Environmental Protection Department promulgated the implementation of the "Emission standard of air pollutants for thermal power plants GB13223-2011", the existing coal-fired power plant in July 1, 2014, the concentration of nitrogen oxide emissions is less than 200 mg/Nm3, in order to reduce the emission of nitrogen oxides in coal units must be carried out to remove the boiler. In this paper, the #3 and 4 boiler denitrification projects of a power plant are introduced, and the performance of NOX and the latter is mainly focused on the selective catalytic reduction reaction(SCR).First of all, this paper analyzes the nitrogen oxide emissions of the power plant boiler by means of the analysis of the combustion of the boiler. At the same time, this paper studied the control measures of limiting nitrogen oxide emissions in the power plant, especially from the combustion control method, and reduce the oxygen content of the boiler to control the boiler nitrogen oxide emissions.Secondly, this paper analyzes the conditions of boiler transformation. According to the actual situation of the power plant, the author analyzes the SCR, SNCR and other related denitrification technology, determine the selective catalytic reduction reaction(SCR) technology for the unit of denitrification technology. Through the calculation of boiler thermodynamic calculation, the two sets of retrofit scheme are compared and analyzed, and the reform of the tube air preheater and the coal saving device is optimized. Finally, after the boiler is transformed, the power plant to carry out the analysis of the effect of denitrification, the experimental results show that: the SCR transformation plan, the plant boiler nitrogen oxide emission concentration can control 200 mg/Nm3, denitrification efficiency, ammonia escape and other related parameters, and for the operation process of the problem, put forward the relevant suggestions.
