Solid wastes are the solid, semi-solid and gaseous placed in a container goods and materials including liquid waste(except the wastewater discharged into water),which are generated in the production,living and other activities and lost their original use value or not yet lost use value but discarded,abandoned and which in solid waste management under laws, administrative regulations.Generally solid wastes are devided into industrial solid waste and living trash two categories.Based on 2014 Report on the State of Environmen in China, in 2014 the volume of industrial solid wastes produced was 3,256,200,000 tons and the comprehensive utilization(including the use of existing storage in previous years) was 2,043,302,000 tons, comprehensive utilization rate was 62.13%. According to the "the Bulk of Industrial Solid Waste Comprehensive Utilization Planning in the 12 th Five Year " issued by the Industrial Ministry,during the 11 th Five Year Plan, the bulk of industrial solid wastes produced volume was increasing rapidly, the total amount produced was 118 hundred million tons and stockpiling volume rose by 82 hundred million tons, a total heap stock reached 190 hundred million tons.Predicted in the 12 th Five Year Plan period, with the rapid development of China’s industry, the bulk of industrial solid wastes will increase with a totalproduced volume of 150 hundred million tons and net increase of 80 hundred million tons in stockpiling, a total heap stock will reach 270 tons.The bulk of industrial solid waste stockpiling will add occupies 400,000 acres of land.At present, the mainstream of solid wastes disposal methods in China is sanitary landfill and inceniration, small parts composting treatment. Waste incineration power station is the first choice of inceniration.While all these can’t achieve the aim of solid wastes disposal reduction, harmless treatment and resource regeneration.Gradually emerged solid wastes co-composition in cement kiln has its unique advantages.The first one is that it doesn’t need to bulid new garbage disposal facilities.Secondly it’s the implementation of solid waste resources and harmless treatment and the third it’s collaborative treatment during the production process, low cost. Solid wastes co-composition in cement kiln is the international mature solid waste disposal methods.In many developed countries as Germany, France, Switzerland, Japan and other, disposal using cement kiln has decades of history, and a series of regulations and standards gradually established. It achieved good economic and social benefits. At the same time to realize the sustainable development of the cement industry, we must change the traditional high energy consumption, high pollution image and follow the energy-saving emission reduction, disposal of the recycling economy. It is not difficult to see that industrial solid waste co-composition in cement kiln not only benefits to transform the traditional upgrade and has the very strong guiding significance forthe adjustment of industrial structure, but also contains enormous business opportunities, and has high economic benefit, social benefit and environment benefit.This article will focus on the strategic and business planning perspective on C-HOPE enviromental technology co.,Ltd. According to the current situation and trend of the market, combined with the advantage of its opportunities and the environment, through the focus strategy, low cost strategy, differentiation strategy and the blue ocean strategy to achieve business development and long-term development perspective. It explained why C-HOPE enviromental technology co.,Ltd choose industrial solid waste co-compositing in cement kiln and stated with business plan form. Secondly, this paper simply explained the significance of this research and introduced the business and strategy management theory used in this paper. Finally it introduced the research ideas and the main research contents, including simple introduction why C-HOPE choose co-compositing in cement kiln projects(including its competitive advantage in the market and the demand), four analysises(the company, customers, industry, competitive), three plans(marketing,operations,finance)and the risk.The strategy and business plan based on the above research about C-HOPE group corporation cement kiln, provided basic data and principles of future business activities.It helps to analysis of C-HOPE’s advantages in industrial solid waste co-compositing in cement kiln market, and strive to open up the market, balance input and output, and achieve the sales target within five years and the profit index.In this paper, in accordance with the general process of strategic management of the development, with the use a variety of strategies analysis technologies and theories, the author systematically analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of C-HOPE in the external environmentand internal conditions, and then use SWOT method to point out the development strategy, company competition strategy, marketing strategy, function strategy in industrial solid waste in cement kiln field and the corresponding management support.
