Pulse jet type bag filter is a common form of dust collector currently, a lot of dust removal equipment of bag type after the long run all there are different degrees of aging, collection efficiency decreases. With increasingly stringent national environmental policy, there is a problem of non-compliance efflux part precipitator.This article provides a prerequisite to maximize savings, the fan does not change, the transformation of the precipitator and improve collection efficiency, governance efflux, to comply with national standards and reasonable, efficient technical solutions.Through research and analysis for the current situation of the SHOUQIN ironworks feed baghouse operation area,it is proposed that the current operating state of the dust collector have a series of questions the existence of defects, such as unreasonable way into the wind, the ash bucket capacity is too small, flower plate spacing between the holes is too small, dust pipe installation and a series of problems sealing unreasonable and so on, based on the current situation and environmental requirements, the optimized transformation is got on aimed at the key parts of the urgent need to transform.The transformation principles of feed bag type dust removal system is put forward according to schedule, capital and other factors, lists three major transformation program, which is determined by comparing the optimal rehabilitation programs, namely the fan constant, increaseing body height of precipitators, bag extended 1.5m, change the way into the wind, the pipe of dust removal system re-do air balance, sealing point transformation, as well as other appropriate reconstruction measures. Feed bag filter system for the transformation of technical requirements detailed provisions, on which the main construction process transformation equipment, key points, quality control of key parts are described in detail.
