Due to its unique molecula rstructure, amphiphilic polymers have properties of good resistance to temperature, salt and shearthinning, gradually showing broad application prospects in enhanced oil reeovery Therefore, investigating the control and adjusting of emulsification performance of the binary system of amphiphilic polymers and surfactants will make great contribution to the study on the displacement mechanism and produced liquid from polymer flooding.Emulsifiability of amphiphilic polymers/surfactants is explored.According to the effects of amphiphilic polymers and surfactants on the water separation rate, the particle size distribution and the analysis of multiple light scattering of the O/W emulsion formed from the binary system, the change law of the effect of amphiphilic polymers and surfactants on stability of the emulsion were studied. On the basis of researching the oil-water interfacial tension and viscosity of the binary system, the emulsification mechanisms of the binary system were determined. Combine the influence of amphiphilic polymers、surfactants and environmental factor on stability of the emulsion, their effect on the control and adjusting of emulsification performance of amphiphilic polymers and surfactants was studied. The results show that, compared with pure amphiphilic polymers or pure surfactants, amphiphilic polymers/surfactants have better emulsion stability, when the surfactant concentration within a certain range. The emulsification properties and emulsion stability of the binary system increase with the increasing of the concentration of amphiphilic polymers. The emulsion stability is much greater as the concentration of P(AM-NaA-DDAM) or P(AM-NaA-ODAM) is larger than CAC. With the increasing of the concentration of surfactants, the emulsification properties and emulsion stability of the binary system first increase and then decrease. The effect of amphiphilic polymers、surfactants and environmental factor on the control and adjusting of emulsification performance of amphiphilic polymers and surfactants was researched. With the increasing of amphiphilic polymer concentration, a slight increase in the interfacial tension of binary systems, greatly increasing the viscosity, make the emulsion dehydration rate smaller, emulsion droplet size decreases, the backscattered light intensity slows down, emulsion stability parameter TSI reduced emulsion stability enhancement. P(AM-NaA-ODAM) on the binary system simulation emulsion O / W emulsion stabilizing capacity is greater than P(AM-NaA-DDAM). As surface surfactant concentration rise, the interfacial tension decreases, viscosity increases first and then decreases. With the increase of NaCl concentration, the apparent viscosity of P(AM-NaA-ODAM) / NOS system first increases and then decreases, and the emulsion stability parameters reduce first and then decrease. lowering the temperature and maintaining neutral conditions are conducive to increasing the apparent viscosity aqueous binary systems, thereby enhancing the stability of the emulsion.
