With the improvement of modern society’s industrialization, environmental issues are becoming more and more serious, and now odor pollution is following the noise pollution to bacome the second environmental hazard. During the process of petrochemical odor treatment, biodeodorization had replaced physical and chemical method because of its obvious advantage like: no secondary pollution, low investment costs, high processing performance and the like. Compound bacteria, which played an important role in the work of biological deodorization, have been getted more and more attention as one of the most important research. In this experiment, the activated sludge and oil-polluted soil domesticated was acted as the deodorizing microbial strains base, from which some highly effective deodorizing strains were isolated and purified. The highly effective deodorizing strains were identified initially by traditional physiological and biochemical experiments in combination with 16 S rDNA technology. The cultivating conditions(pH、temperature、substrate concentration、shaker speed)of highly effective deodorizing strains were optimized through a series of single factor and response surface method. And from some aspects of inoculation order, culture conditions, inoculum volume ratio, medium components and the relationship of growth to complete the strain’s distribution. At last, the highly effective deodorizing compound bacteria activated in the optimal conditions were inoculated to the compound bio-filter bed. The variation of communities was discussed initially. In this experiment, a highly effective toluene degrading strain JB-5, a highly effective trimethylamine degrading strain SJA-4 and a highly effective ethyl mercaptan degrading strain LC-1 were isolated from the domesticated activated sludge. Single factor and response surface methodology determined every strain’s best growth conditions. The highly effective toluene degrading strain JB-5 is: pH 8.00 、 temperature 29 ℃、 substrate concentration 500.03μL/L、shaker speed 140r/min; the highly effective trimethylamine degrading strain SJA-4 is: pH 7.81、temperature 28℃、substrate concentration 15mmol/L、shaker speed 137r/min; the highly effective ethyl mercaptan degrading strain LC-1 is: pH 7.00、temperature 25℃、substrate concentration 32.14mg/L、shaker speed 135r/min.In the experiment of odor compound bacteria’ construction, inoculation order, culture conditions, inoculum volume ratio, medium components and the relationship of growth are ensured.Compound bacteria JSL1 showed very strong ability to adapt in the organic filler made by peat and wood during the period of hanging in the compound bio-filter bed. Investigating microbial quantity and species richness, the contrast of upper, middle, and lower level of filler combined with the earlier stage, mid-term, later period of the compound bio-filter bed showed that the highly effective compound bacteria JSL1 screened occupied a dominate position in the stable ecosystem formed by compound bio-filter bed. Different strains of symbiotic to maintain the efficient of compound bacteria.
