The stand or fall of fracturing pump performance will directly affect the oil well fracturing effect, however, during operation, due to the fracturing fluid containing a high concentration of transporting the large diameter solid particles, for the working life of its parts, especially the great influence on the working life of the pump valve, so try to separate power fluid and the slurry will greatly improve the working life of the fracturing pump, improve the effect of oil well fracturing, which is the purpose of the study of outside pump blender.This article first summarizes the basic theory of liquid jet pump, to pump out the theoretical foundation of outside pump blender design needs, from the development of a special jet pump to start the overall design of the device.Second in the the premise of drawing the theoretical basis of outside pump blender,using fluid mechanics numerical simulation method to optimize the main structure of the outside pump blender such as nozzles, throat, diffuser, etc, draw an overall outside pump blender models.Then according to the optimization of main structure parameters, to start the detail design of the structure of the whole outside pump blender, Considering the working environment and the device will ha ve performance requirements, the wall thickness of the device has be designed; at the same time to design the form of the nozzles, throat, diffuser, throat inlet, etc; finally use the ultrahigh pressure flange and the cooperated flange gasket for each part component connection and sealing.Finally design a whole set of the outside pump blender performance testing plan, using water jetting testing scheme to verify the performance of outside pump blender’s buck-boost.The success of this article designed a set of outside pump blender design scheme of the fracturing pump in the future working life as well as the improvement of the fracturing effect provides guiding significance for reference.
