Molecularly imprinted polymers(MIPs) prepared by molecular imprinting technology(MIT) that can identify the specific shape, size and specific functional groups of target molecules is a new type of intelligent polymer material. In recent years, there are a lot of outstanding achievements of MIPs in the field of prepared-methods and applications. This stimulated more and more researchers to explore the molecular imprinting technique. The intelligent features such as magnetic, temperature sensitive, optical response, and dual template molecule were added to the MIPs. In this paper, BPA which is harmful to human′s health was used as the template molecule, the carbon ball as thesubstrate which has the chemical, physical and thermal stablility, and N-Isopropylacrylamide(NIPAM) as the termeraure responsive momomer. Two kinds of BPA-thermosensitive molecularly imprinted polymer were desigined by two mesthods. Meanwhile, the adsorption performance, selsction and regeneration performance of the BPA-C@T-MIP were studied seriesly. This thesis mainly includes the following three sections:(1)The CSs was prepared with green carbon source-glucose as raw material by hydrothermal method. At the same time, the influencing factors of the temperature(170 ℃,180 ℃,190 ℃),time(16 h,18 h,20 h) and concentration(0.1mol/L,0.2 mol/L,0.3 mol/L) which affect the morphology and surface functional groups of the CSs were investigated. Characterization methods, such as scanning electron microscopy(sem),infrared instruments and thermogravimetric were used to choose the optimal reaction conditions:180 ℃,18 h,0.2 mol/L. Because carbon ball has unique structure and excellent physical and chemical property and the surface of the carbon ball has rich oxygen containing functional groups. So vinyl-functionalizing on CSs,which can introduce the C=C to the surface of CSs was studied that provided a easy reaction condition for the polymerization.(2)The polymer(BPA-C@T-MIP) on the surface of CSs was prepared by two-step method.Based on the vinyl-functionalizing CSs,NIPAM as the temperature responsitive monomer, Potassium persulfate(KPS) as initiator and N,N′-Methylenebis(acrylamide)(MBA) as the crosslinking agent,thevinyl-functionalizing CSs was introduced the temperature responsitive monomer; Then with the template molecule BPA,initiator 2,2’-Azobis(2-methylpropionitrile)(AIBN), and crossinking agent Ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EGDMA),the polymerization goes on under the special condistions, the BPA-C@T-MIP was prepared. The characterization methods of SEM,FT- IR,and TG were used to analysis the morphology and structure of BPA-C@T-MIP.At last,Adsorption performance was tested, according to adsorption data, we chose the eligible model, and then analyzed its adsorption mechanism.(3)The BPA-C@T-MIP was synthesised by one-step using NIPAM as the temperature responsitive monomer,AIBN as initiator and EGDMA as crossinking agent.Compared with the two methods of the preparation,we found the quantity of adsorption to BPA were similar and the one-step method is simpler. So 2-VP as the auxiliary functional monomer was added to improve the grafting rate and the efficiency of imprinting. The influencing factor of the ratio of NIPAM/2-VP that could influence morphology and property of BPA-C@T-MIP were investigated. With the different kinds of characterization methods, we conclude the optimum material mass:0.1g vinyl-functionalizing CSs,1mmol BPA:NIPAM /2-VP(1.5/ 2.5),0.07 g AIBN and 10 mmol EGDMA.The analysis results showed that the BPA-C@T-MIP has the property of temperature responsive and higher adsorption capacity to BPA.
