Flexible fiber supercapacitor have attract more and more attention in supercapacitor area. The main method to preparation flexible electrode materials is put the polymer on the basement. More and more people pay attention to polypyrrole(PPy) and its ramification because they have characteristic which easy preparation, good stability, high electric conduction and good biological. But PPy is difficult apply in the supercapacitors because of difficulty in processing and bad mechanical property. In this paper, the basement is cotton fiber(CF) and Bacterial cellulose/cotton fiber, the particle and spread of PPy are control by sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS) and cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB), the short fiber of BC increase basement superficial area, PPy micro morphology through MO to control, to obtain flexible fiber electrode materials which have good electrochemical performance. The detailed results were included:(1)We used common cotton yarn with basement, anionic surfactant CTAB and cationic surface active agent action soft template, PPy/CF compose electrode materials by solution polymerization. The area specific capacity of compose electrode materials is a high numerical value(9.61mF/cm2), the electrode materials have good cycle performance and mechanical properties.(2)We used cotton yarn with basement, BC short fiber was deposited on the surface of the CF. The PPy/BC/CF compose electrode materials are preparation for in-situ chemical oxidative polymerization. The specific discharge capacity as high as 275F/g, specific storage area as high as 76.63mF/cm2, and the materials have good cycle performance, mechanical property. Even the ampere density is different though have stability of the capacity, and have good charge and discharge capacity under the condition of different bending condition.(3) The basement are cotton fiber. Reaction template are FeCl3- MO, deposition on cotton by using the method of solution polymerization nano-rod PPy, get PPy/CF composite materials. The experimental results shows that the deposition rate was low but have high specific discharge capacity(210.9F/g), the specific storage area as high as 74mF/cm2, cycle stability is good. The electrical conductivity and capacitance are stabilization even if the composite under different condition.
