Polyurethane adhesives contained-NHCOO-and-NCO, having a strong polarity and high activity. Due to its low temperature resistance, flexible molecular chain structure and good adhesion, it was used widely in shoes, packaging, automotive, textile, wood processing, aerospace area and so on. At present, there was a big gap between our country and developed countries in adhesive for rubber, such as bond strength, curing speed and weather resistance. In this paper, we prepared the polyurethane adhesive with interpenetrating polymer network structure. And besides polyurethane, the adhesives contained epoxy and polyacrylate. We expected to improve properties of the adhesives, such as bond strength, high temperature resistance, thermal and chemical stability.Compared to polyester polyurethane, polyether polyurethane that contained ether bond, good flexibility and low glass transition temperature had lower tanδ peak at different frequencies, better water resistance. Compared to MDI type polyurethane adhesives, the glass transition temperature, the damping properties under dynamic conditions and water absorption of TDI type polyurethane adhesives were relatively better. The effects of different contents of E-51 and PMBA on the adhesives properties were studied. With the increase of the EP content, the material showed that the glass transition temperature had an increasing trend, the damping peak moved to the direction of high temperature and the damping temperature range was widened.Thermal stability was improved. T-peel strength had increased significantly. with the addition of butyl-acrylate, the tanδ peak of IPN was higher than that of polyurethane/epoxy resin. The effects of HEA on properties of IPN adhesives were studied. Comparedwith non grafted interpenetrating polymer network, there were the physical entanglement, and chemical bond in polyurethane/polyacrylate/epoxy resin interpenetrating network grafted by HEA, it improved the material’s resistance to solvent and heat resistance. With the increase of HEA, the viscosity of the system also increased, the T type peeling strength of the materials had a maximum data. When the amount of HEA was 3%, the peel strength of the materials had a great value. With different chain extenders MOCA, TEOA, DMTDA, DDM, the effects on the properties of IPN adhesives were studied. tanδ of the adhesive by TEOA reached a maximum 0.79 at-5.2℃, the temperature scope of tanδ>0.3 was-24.0~24.5℃ and52.0~87.0℃, It was used at low frequency. The loss factors of the materials by DDM, MOCA and DMTDA were lower, which was suitable for high frequency and high strength condition.
