Carbonyl compounds is the important part of volatile organic pollutants in the atmosphere, it has strong activity, can react with other compounds in the atmosphere, is an important source of secondary organic aerosols atmosphere. At the same time a variety of carbonyl compounds have strong toxicity and irritation to human body, pose a potential hazard to human health. The same kind of plants can not only absorb the carbonyl compound, under certain conditions can also release carbonyl compounds. In addition, the soil is an important link of volatile organic compounds, volatile organic compounds in addition to be absorbed by plant leaves, it can also through the way of settling into the soil and plant uptake way.This paper discusses a kind of fluorine with Pentafluorophenyl Hydrazones(PFPH) as the derivative agent, combined with ultrasonic extraction of pretreatment technology technology to extract, and uses the gas phase/mass spectrometry(GC/MS) detection of plant leaves and carbonyl compounds in the soil analysis method. This study selected valeraldehyde, hexaldehyde, heptaldehyde and octylaldehyde and so on four kind of high molecular weight carbonyl compounds for the target compounds, and Camphor trees, Green pineapple, Chinese Ivy Stem leaf as the research object, in plant leaves with leaf quality, milling time, vacuum in the glove box static time as experiment parameters to be evaluated, the results showed that leaf quality of 0.4g, four types of carbonyl compounds extraction efficiency is highest; Leaf quality and extraction is inversely proportional to the amount, also found that leaf quality ultrasonic extraction efficiency is highest when leaf quality of 0.4 g; When milling time is 3 min, four types of carbonyl compounds is the recovery rate of combined grinding time for 7 min 1.25 times, 1.12 times is the grinding time for 1 min; Static time within 24 h, four kinds of carbonyl compound have the highest recovery, valeraldehyde,hexaldehyde, heptaldehyde and octylaldehyde reached 62.4%、82.5%、58.8%and 115.6% respectively. In addition, ultrasonic extraction and centrifugal time also have certain influence to recovery, the leaf quality is 0.4 g, milling time is 3 min, the rest time under the condition of 24 h, six group repeated the experiment was carried out on the plant leaves, the results showed that valeraldehyde, hexaldehyde, heptaldehyde and octylaldehyde of relative standard deviation(RSD) were 13.46%, 14.61%, 15.75% and 10.28% respectively.Carbonyl compounds in the soil experiment(simulated soil, from the soil in the pot, 300 ℃ in the muffle furnace baking four hours), through the simulated soil of different soil quality,vacuum in the glove box static time, ultrasonic extraction time and the centrifugal time as test parameters to be evaluated. Results show that in general, the recovery rate of four kinds of carbonyl compounds is inversely proportional to the soil quality, soil quality of 2 g, the recovery rate of four kinds of carbonyl compounds combined is 1.49 times for the size of soil quality of 5 g, soil quality is 1.41 times of 1 g; The recovery rate of four kinds of carbonyl compounds in static time of 24 h is higher, valeraldehyde,hexaldehyde, heptaldehyde and octylaldehyde reached 103.23%、80.86%、93.26% and 92.15% respectively; In addition, ultrasonic extraction and centrifugal time also have certain influence to recovery, the recovery rate of four kinds of carbonyl compounds is gradually increased in ultrasonic extraction time within 10 to 20 minutes, four kinds of carbonyl compounds have the highest recovery rate in ultrasonic extraction time for 20 min, valeraldehyde,hexaldehyde, heptaldehyde and octylaldehyde reached 85.51%, 84.99%, 95.16% and 98.58% respectively; the recovery rate of valeraldehyde in centrifugal time is 3 min, the highest reached 95.73%, hexaldehyde, heptaldehyde and octylaldehyde has the highest recovery rate in the centrifugal time for 5 min, were 34.429%, 37.176% and 62.138% respectively. Centrifugal of soil particles is detected after the recovery rate of four kinds of carbonyl compounds combined accounted for less than 10% compared with the recovery rate for the first time.
