Because of its good water solubility, stable chemical property, good inhibition and killing effect, and the economy, it had been widely studied and used.But due to misuse, abuse of antibiotics, and lack of awareness of management and guidance, resulting in a lot of residual antibiotics in the environment.A large number of antibiotics into the surface water, easy to accumulate in the sediment of water body, and then to the water environment caused by long-term cycle of pollution, pose a potential threat to human health.Second kinds of quinolone antibiotics as the clinical used of antibacterial drugs, the detection rate in water environment was higher.This experiment mainly through for the studied of CIP, NOR, LOM, ENR these 4 kinds of quinolone antibiotics.Build a fast, convenient, accurate, sensitive detection method; in the laboratory simulation of CIP, NOR, LOM, ENR photolysis in water environment, hydrolysis test and used the detection method to studied the photolysis in water environment, hydrolysis behavior, and to studied the influence of different pH and Al3+ of the photolysis of quinolone antibiotics, hydrolytic behavior, with a view to the future of quinolone antibiotics in water environment degradation and treatment and provided basic data.Through the studied to establish the rapid and accurate HPLC for the determination of four quinolones antibiotics, determination of the correlation coefficient r were greater than 0.99 and RSD was less than 2%, the instrument precision and accuracy were good, the detection line for 0.18-0.92ng/LL.Through the studied of CIP, NOR, LOM, ENR hydrolysis behavior rules, found in no light condition and CIP, NOR, LOM, ENR almost could not be hydrolyzed.Study on pH as the factors affected the hydrolysis test found that when the pH of CIP initial concentration of the lowest 10.62mg/L.When pH = 7 and pH = 9, which could quickly reduce the initial concentration of LOM,initial concentration were13.77mg/Land 13.25mg/L. Regulating pH could not promote the hydrolysis of ENR.NOR hydrolysis increased with the increasing of pH value,when the pH=3 of NOR by hydrolysis of influence was smaller.Complexation of Al3+ could fast with CIP, LOM, ENR, NOR reduce the initial concentration,the lowest initial concentration were 3.70mg/L,5.00mg/L,4.25mg/L and 4.05mg/L.Through the study of CIP, NOR, LOM, ENR photolysis behavior, LOM > CIP > NOR >ENR, LOM could almost completely photolyzed, the lowest concentration was 4.85mg/L.Studied of pH as factors affecting photolysis test shows that when the pH=3 of CIP initial concentration of the lowest was 10.62mg/L. the photodegradation rate of LOM in pH311 range, the first change fast, then slowly,the most rapid in pH for neutral partial alkaline. Adjusting the pH of ENR and NOR on photolysis slightly promoted.Complexation of Al3+ could fast with CIP, LOM, ENR, NOR reduce the initial concentration,the lowest initial concentration were 3.05mg/L,6.76mg/L,4.66mg/Land 6.92mg/L.
