In order to avoid the problems of unnecessary waste of water and fertilizer underutilized status, the problems of reducing economic losses and environmental pollution. In this paper, acrylic acid(AA), polyethylene glycol diacrylate(PEGDA), ammonium persulfate(APS), 2,2-dimethoxy- phenyl ethyl ketone(BDK) as raw materials, superior superabsorbent materials were prepared by microwave / UV method, the optimum condition was that the weight ratio between PEGDA and APS to AA was 0.23% and 0.33%, the degree of monomers AA neutralization was 85%, power was 720 w. Optimal superabsorbent absorbency was 2861 g / g and the salt absorption rate was 414 g / g, the percentage of the AA to PEGDA, BDK and neutralization degree respectively was 2.33%,0.83% and 70%, the reaction time was 20 min, results were the absorbency rate of 3297g/g and 419g/g, through dynamic analysis of PAA hydrogel and based on the pseudo-first-order and pseudo-second order kinetic model formularequired, required superabsorbent swelling behaviors in distilled water and 0.9% NaCl solution were in line with second order kinetics under Microwave / UV initiator, then water retention through 6000 r / min centrifuge centrifuged determination.after centrifugation 50 min, the resin water loss rates were 29.18% and 19.69%.Corn cobs(CCs) as raw materials, with different molecular weights PEGDA as a single factor experimental variables to obtain different molecular weights of the CC superabsorbent, the research on super absorbent of the corn cobs has impact on absorbency of resin,in the cross-linking agent of the MB under 1000,Hydrogel absorbency was 3648g/g and 545.8g/g. Optimum condition was were that PEGDA percentage to AA was 0.75%, BDK percentage to AA was 0.83%, neutralization degree was 70%, the percentage of CCs to AA was 20%, time was 5 minutes. FTIR analysis showed that CC and AA occurred Copolymerization, TG showed that the synthesis of CC / PAA-K hydrogel resin with high thermal stability. Scanning electron microscopy could be seen CC/PAA-K superabsorbent porous surface and large specific surface area topography, which illustrated that the synthesis of CC / PAA-K hydrogel had a high adsorption and water retention.under the same condition, compared to potassium polyacrylate(PAA-K) that absorbency has increased, which showed that increased CC had improved absorption capacity of the SAP, the reason for the CC and the cellulose polymer chains to form a hydrogen bond so that improving the water absorption.CC/PAA-K and granular urea made pellets again wiith 5% PVA aqueous solution as a binder, at last, we could get leaching graph of the superabsorbent composite, compared with ordinary urea, corn cob slow release nitrogen fertilizer freed nitrogen slow andlasting.
