The Research Of The Automatic Dosing System In Flotation Of Concentrator

Flotation technology is a very important ore dressing method. Many factors affect the quality of the products and bussinesses benefies, such as flotation reagents addition,flotation cell level, flotation aeration rate, etc. Along with the further study of the domestic and foreign scholars on the flotation automation control system, automate flotation process can not only overcome the disadvantages of traditional artificial regulation, it can also reduce energy consumption by the stability and optimization control of the flotation process, reduce the labor intensity of the post workers, bring direct economic benefits for concentrator.This thesis in view of the flotation process control system of BAIHUALING concentration plant carried on the thorough research, and put forward the goal of automatic control of PLC dosing in the original dosing control system. Then design an intelligent auto-control flotation reagent-adding system which is made up of Image acquisition and digital image recognition system, and Flotation automatic dosing control system. Through the CCD camera on the flotation froth image, then analyze and process the froth image, to extract the characteristics parameter of froth layer, and establish the comprehensive efficiency and flotation reagent rate regression model. Finally feedback the identification results to PLC dosing system, to control the adding of flotation reagents.According to the requirements of flotation automatic dosing control system, the flotation dosing of PLC control system is designed and developed the software part, including control software based on Siemens STEP7, and monitoring software based on Siemens WINCC V6.0, to achieve detection on a flotation process of real-time data acquisition, storage, processing and adjustment function.
