Natural gas decarburizing using amine is very important and wildly using technology of natural gas pretreatment. With the rate of natural gas in energy increasing and demand of gas exploitation technology in the south China sea, research on efficient deeply amine formula with less energy cost for decarburizing is always very important project.At first, We do absorption and reborn experiment on different single amines with stainless reactor and constant temperature oil bath in this paper. And set the evaluation indexs relate to the amine performance, include absorptive capacity, absorption velocity, reborn time, desorption rate and amine price. Taking consider in different index, find the trialkylamines with characteristic of large absorptive capacity, low corrosivity, good stability and easy reborning. So we choose MDEA(N-methyldiethanolamine) as the main part of binary mixed solution, and determine 3 mol/L as the best total amine concentration. We respectively investigate the absorption and reborn performance of 3 mol/L MDEA solutions with different content of MEA(ethanolamine), DETA(diethylenetriamine), TETA(triethylenetetramine), PZ(piperazine) by experiment, and get the evaluation index. Then determine the weight of different evaluation index by AHP(analytic hierarchy process) method, and built the gain linear model. By calculating the evaluating value and the circulation experiment, determine MDEA+MEA with proportion numbered 1 as the best formula. At last, simulate the decarburizing of a LNG plant using the new formula by processing simulation soft. By comparing with the original formula, verify performance of the new formula.
