Manual prepared crude oil with different content of asphaltene and resin was studied under different conditions by rotary facility of the wax deposition designed by Our laboratory. The law of asphaltene and resin deposition in wax precipitation was found out by exploring the pipe wall sediment through the differential scanning calorimeter method and four components method. Analyzing the mechanism of action between asphaltene and resin in the wax deposition by the way of introducing relative quality of asphaltene and resin, the results showed that a small quantity of asphaltene and resin had synergistic effect on wax molecules deposition while more sphaltene and resin containing in crude oil were attached to the pipe wall even though sphaltene and resin kept weakening the migration force of wax molecules.Experiment research on four manual prepared crude oil with same content of asphaltene and resin,but different content of No.50~52 ℃wax. The experiments’ results show that the more wax in crude oil, the higher wax deposition rate in the same experimental conditions. Changed the No.50~52 ℃wax in manual prepared crude oil into No.60~62℃ wax to discover average carbon number of wax influence on the law of wax deposition. The experiments’ results show that there will be less wax in wax layer when the manual prepared crude oil with higher average carbon number of wax. But the wax with higher average carbon number have longer carbon chain could occur eutectic reaction with asphaltene and resin easily,and deposit on the pipe wall. Finally,the new wax model was based on the fitting calculation of the new hypothesis that wax layer was grouped into elastic bonding wax layer and wax ductile bonding layer.
