The Development Of Optimization Operation Software For Rizhao-Yizheng Crude Oil Pipeline

Most of the domestic crude oil has high pour point nature. When using pipelines to transport crude oil, it is necessary to heat the crude oil. For long-distance pipelines of hot oil, oil outbound temperature, oil outbound pressure and other parameters exert a tremendous influence on transport costs. Therefore, it has a very important practical significance to strengthen studies of the oil pipeline operation optimization and to improve the economy and security of crude oil transportation.Through investigate and survey research achievements of domestic and foreign oil pipeline operation optimization, the research contents of this paper is proposed: from angles of reducing energy consumption and power consumption of pipeline transportation, mathematical model and calculation method of oil pipeline operation optimization is proposed, and the software of oil pipeline operation optimization is compiled, which is used to optimize and analysis Rizhao- Yizheng crude oil pipeline. Simultaneously, the safe shutdown time, the minimum allowable output amount and calculate of the total heat transfer coefficient are studied theoretically.For the research contents of this paper, which mostly contains researches of the inbound oil temperature, the outbound oil temperature, programs of opening pumps and furnaces, based on heat pump station operating constraints, pipeline operating constraints and pipeline physical property constraints, mathematical model of the oil pipeline operation optimization is established. According to the mathematical model and its algorithm, the pipeline operation optimization software is developed.The software is used to make simulating computation for the optimal operating conditions of Rizhao- Yizheng crude oil pipeline, and analyzes the influence rules of various factors to the operating costs. Researches show that electricity prices have a significant impact on the operating costs. Operating costs will rise a lot as electricity prices rise. In order to reduce the influence of electricity prices, methods of increasing the inbound and outbound oil temperature can be taken to decrease head of pump, and then decrease the operating costs. thereby reducing operating costs, while oil properties and land temperature full shutdown time, allow a minimum amount of input has a great influence, so oil program should be based on oil and season mediation.
