For heavy oil thermal recovery sand problem, steam injection process was established in the wellbore temperature and pressure distribution of computing model, and on the basis of fully considering wellbore structure characteristics, the dynamic calculation of thermodynamic parameters along the wellbore flow process. Using mass conservation, momentum conservation and the law of conservation of energy, to calculate the wet saturated steam pressure, temperature, and the change law of dryness and enthalpy of the gradient of dryness, and establishing the calculation model of thermal stress of the reservoir, to establish a set of production time, sanding, temperature, water cut rising and formation pressure drop the dynamic factors such as sanding prediction method of critical pressure differential and sand production prediction. Analysis of sand for sand control string affects erosion and corrosion. Complete sand production prediction analysis software, more convenient to study the effect of sand for sand control string.(1) To establish the system of heat in the process of steam injection wellbore temperature and pressure distribution model.(2) According to the thermal stress of the reservoir, to establish sanding critical pressure differential. Calculate the corresponding sanding critical production.(3) Erosion and corrosion rate prediction model is established to study the mechanism of sand control string erosion damage and corrosion damage, and the qualitative analysis of sand control string.(4) Compiled under the condition of sand production, erosion and corrosion of string damage software.
