This paper focuses on the nickel-based synthesis methane catalyst for industrial and molybdenum sulfur resistant methanation catalyst as research object,characterized by the characterization techniques such as TG,BET,TPR and XRD.Nickel-based catalysts especially easy to sulfur poisoning,improve the sulfur resistance of nickel-based methanation catalyst by adding additives; Molybdenum catalysts need to sulfide, improving the activity of methanation catalyst by adding additives, and process conditions such as reaction temperature, space velocity, hydrogen carbon ratio H2 S concentration of molybdenum sulfur resistant methanation catalyst activity were researched.The experimental results show that the molybdenum fertilizer added with nickel-based catalysts formate MoNi4 improved the sulfur resistance performance of catalyst.The catalyst component impregnation amount more completely by using step by step impregnation method. With the increase of calcination temperature, the strength of the catalyst increased. Lower reduction temperature was help to MoNi4 alloy formated, the higher MoNi4 alloy content, the stronger catalyst sulfur resistance, at 450℃, the amount of MoNi4 alloy was most.CoO is added in the Mo catalysts have CoMoO4 reunion was generated,CoMoO4 reunion inhibits the activity of methanation catalyst, decline the specific surface area of the MoO3/Al2O3 catalyst, CoMoO4 reunion block small aperture, the average pore diameter and pore size has increased. alone surface area of Al2O3 carrier after adding CeO2 to Al2O3 is relatively increased, pore volume decreased;It has not very big effect on strength of carrier; With the content of CeO2 increased in the carrier, the crystal size increased.With MoO3 load on carrier were increased, CO conversion rate and selectivity of methane were increased, this paper select MoO3 load amout was 25%.Elevated temperature and the ratio of H/CO and H2 S concentration were beneficial to improve MoO3/Al2O3-CeO2 methanation reaction activity, increased the airspeed against CO conversion rate increase.
