Using advanced denitrification technology to control the NOx emissions of coal-fired plants plant has become one of the main premises for the development of thermal power industry.#1 assembling unit removal denitrification transformation of Yangzhou No.2 Power Plant as an example in this article. On the basis of analyzing the NOx generation principle NOx denitrification technology of power station boiler,The rationality of SCR denitrification technology for the boiler is determined by comparison of technology. Then focus on the design conditions, denitrification catalyst, reducing agent, and technology of implementation of SCR technology, Analysis of the reform program on-site And Analysis the air preheater and induced draft fan reform scheme.To ensure the effect of denitrification,based on the similarity rinciple.Analysis and introduced the designed of the model test. By the data of of flow field test and NH3/NOx Mixed distribution test, The rationality of the model is verified. It provides the effective basis for the application design of SCR technology.This research results and engineering application experience in in this paper can be applied in the design of similar unit boiler flue gas denitration renovation project and the unit operation optimization.
