While the technology explosions happened in 21 th century, the display technologies had undergone a lot of changes. Organic electroluminescent device(OLED) is the darling in the new century. For OLED devices, the organic fluorescent materials are decisive factors in the quality of the devices,and also determine the pace of development of OLED industry. In OLED devices, organic fluorescent material often gathered in the form of film, so the solid organic fluorescent compounds is a landmark significance, but the common small molecule emitting materials illuminate only at low concentration in solution, but in high concentrations or aggregation quenching of fluorescence is proned.With high electron affinity, excellent fluorescence quantum efficiency, well ability to accept and transfer electrons as well as good heat resistance, oxadiazole-based compounds are well concerned which also laid the organic light emitting device development. With the conjugated property aryl hydrazone compounds are good potential NLO materials. By the V-shaped crystal structure of 4,4’-dihydrazidediphenyldimethylsilane, it can be inferred the structure of the target compounds are also V-shaped. For the presence of V-type structure which the target compounds at high concentration or aggregation can fluoresce and avoid the occurrence of fluorescence quenching which makes the target compounds have a strong fluorescence not only in solution but in aggregate state.The target compounds Si-N-OXD, Si-N-OXD 1-3, Si-BP-OXD 1-3, Si-Hydrazone 1-3 were determined the structures by 1H, 13 C NMR and MALDI-TOF-MS. Simultaneous determination of their UV-visible spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy(in solution and solid state), TGA and DSC. The results showed that, Si-N-OXD, Si-N-OXD 1-3, Si-BP-OXD 1-3 and Si-Hydrazone 1-3 are expected to be good electroluminescent materials.
