The contact joints between the individual machine called a binding section, a large portion of the physical parameters of binding effect on the overall performance of the machine. According to research at home and abroad, 50% of the overall stiffness of 50 to 80% depending on the stiffness of joints, the whole damp from the junction. Machining error caused by the deformation of joints is great, and therefore enhance the quality of the contact engaging portion for improving machine performance and accuracy is very important.To analyse the binding portion of the contact problem, this paper utilize boundary element numerical calculation. The main points are as follows work.(1) According to an engaging portion of a model of an equivalent conversion machine, mechanical model binding portion of the mechanical model boundary element analysis, the binding unit model was static analysis.(2) Use incremental iterative method of determining the true contact unit, surface contact elements combine to give a contact to coordinate the conditions for solving the contact surface contact deformation.(3) On the basis of binding portions static analysis on the binding portion of the dynamic analysis, boundary element model is given beam structure Vibration.(4) Develop calculation procedures are given in the process of BEM MATLAB program, a numerical example is given.
