| As traditional presses can not meet the requirements for high precision to assemble shafts,pins in auto parts industry, electronics industry, home appliances industry and some other industries. Electronic press gradually becomes a research direction favored because of its advantages of closed-loop control and precise online monitoring and evaluation improving the rate of qualified products.Throughout the way of electronic press control home and abroad, it is broadly divided as follows. Way of PLC + general servo system + electric cylinder, dedicated controller with control, detection, servo drive, PC+motion control card+servo system. Either electronic press programs from home or abroad have their advantages and disadvantages. And both of them have a fatal flaw that its press-fit result determination is achieved by monitoring the pressure of a few specific locations. In this way it can not accurately reflect the change of press mounting pressure in the process which will lead to unqualified products into the market. In order to solve this problem, foreign products usually provide the expensive special monitoring system while domestic products providing monitoring software based on PC, but both will undoubtedly greatly increase the costs.In this paper, a mode of special controller+servo is proposed and a dedicated controller of electronic press based on embedded technology is developed. The main research contents are as follows.Firstly, on the analysis of the status quo at home and abroad and the development trend of electronic press and its control system, an ARM-based electronic pressure dedicated controller is proposed. Then after the analysis on the working process and functional requirements of electronic press, it compares existing control schemes. Based on the these, the design of the overall scheme of dedicated controller hardware and software is completed.Secondly, a detailed study of the design of the special controller hardware is made. As is the core board and expansion board pattern adopted, the hardware design includes core ARM board and expansion FPGA board selection and peripheral circuit design, the communication between the core board and expansion board and expansion board for the research and designof PWM signal amplifying circuit, the position feedback signal circuit, I/O switch capacity circuit.Thirdly, mathematical modeling of electronic press control system and the electronic movement mechanism of press were Matlab/Simulink simulation model was established and the PID control and fuzzy neural network PID control simulation, simulation results show that fuzzy neural network PID is better than PID control.Finally, the operating environment of the software system is selected and constructed,Linux operating system transplantation, kernel and root file customization is made. And also designs the equipment driver including motor control, communication, and human-pc interaction.In this paper, the design of the electronic press special controller not only can realize the accurate control of the pressure and displacement, but also can realize the real-time monitoring of pressing process and real-time acquisition and display of pressure and displacement curve. It has made certain contribution to the development of domestic and foreign electronic press. |
