Research On The Ascending Mining Technology Of Coal Seam 3# In Mining District 4300 Of Daizhuang Coal Mine

Close distance coal seam group mining normally uses descending order, firstly mining the upper coal seam, after a certain time interval, mining the lower coal seam in turn; However, under certain conditions and special circumstances, the downward mining may not be able to meet the normal production of mine. When using ascending mining can effectively solve the above problems, therefore, the study of ascending mining, has important scientific and engineering significance.Papers in Zibo mining group, Daizhuang coal mine 4300 mining area as the research object, through field investigation and theoretical analysis, software evaluation and numerical calculation, study of ascending mining of coal seam from close range. We analyze the factors of Daizhuang coal mine 4300 ascending mining one by one. We use traditional method of mining for judging, such as, “multiple mining method”, "mining time interval method", "balance method of surrounding rock" and so on. On the basis of the above methods, Using the software based on PCA to evaluate the feasibility of ascending mining of 4300. Through the measurement, we know that the 3 coal seam is above the 4328 working face goaf caving zone. We use numerical simulation method to analyze the damage characteristics of overburden. In conclusion, we think in 3 above the 4328 working face of the ascending mining of coal seam is feasible.This article also uses the method of numerical calculation to analyze the reasonable layout of above goaf. Through underground pressure of mining face roadway above the mined-out area appeared characteristics, the working face of mine pressure appear in the process of mining, combining technical and economic comparison, we conclude that above goaf coal seam working face is perpendicular to the under coal seam working face is more reasonable.Field test show that the design method of mine pressure and deformation of roadway are within a reasonable range, which can provide some useful reference for similar conditions of ascending mining problem.
