Composite material mainly used in aerospace, automotive, chemical, medical, textile, and machinery manufacturing, its good thermal stability, high specific strength and stiffness, weavers in reinforcement of two-dimensional braided Composite fibers intertwined, two-dimensional braided composites on shear strength and impact resistance, fracture toughness properties than conventional laminated composites. Study on fatigue properties of finite, therefore it is necessary to study the fatigue properties, analysis of fatigue damage model, establishing its fatigue life prediction model, in order to be more widely used to provide theoretical support. The main research contents are as follows:(1) For composite fiber/matrix interface and to discuss the relationship between the strength properties of the composite, Through analysis of Interfacial stress transfer theory of elasticity theory.(2) Using FEM software ABAQUS, establishing mechanical model of fiber out of test process, thickness of specimens on the fiber and matrix-coated fiber thickness at the same time, The variation of the shear stress of fiber/matrix.(3) On the fatigue of carbon fiber/epoxy resin two-dimensional braided composites research. Includes carbon fiber/epoxy static tensile strength of two-dimensional braided composites, Stress levels, respectively, 75%, 90%, 85%, 70%, 68%, fatigue lifetime under sinusoidal fatigue load, and life prediction. At a stress level of 75% carbon fiber/epoxy resin under sinusoidal fatigue loading the residual shear strength of two-dimensional braided composites.
